We set up separate domains X inboxes which we warm up on the backend, ensuring all DNS settings are correctly implemented

We then do various enrichments on this data that allow us to craft highly relevant messages at scale.

5. Enhanced Personalization with Dynamic Content

The data is clear on this. We analyzed over 1 million emails we’ve sent, and personalization results in a 200% increase in reply rates. With the help of data scraping and AI tools, we customize every email to the prospect so they look, feel, and touch like they were meant for that prospect and that prospect alone.

6. Review and Analyze

We developed a customizable BI dashboard that analyzes all of the data from our campaigns so that we can make adjustments for continuous optimization.
